Student led workshops on PhotoPeach

The teachers in the 5/6 learning community, were looking years younger than normal this morning and were all wearing school uniforms…………Oh, hang on – the teachers at St Therese this morning WERE students. Congratulations to the students who led workshops in script writing, autobiographies, blogging, imovie making, braille, advertising, charades, calligraphy, procedural text, song writing, 200 word challenge, story starts, speech writing, drama and old fashioned handwriting. I have a movie I will post a little later today, which walks you around our learning space this morning and shows you how engaged all the students were.

As promised – a video from today’s workshops.

What a fantastic effort by all the 5/6 students today 🙂 It would be fantastic to see some feedback from students posted on here! What were your thoughts? What did your leaders do well? What did you learn?

  2. Mrs Arnel says:

I would love to see what all the students thought about their learning today. I’d also like to know what your teachers were doing?? It looks like they might be out of a job. Great effort everyone. Mrs Arnel

  3. Margi Murnane says:

Mrs Arnel, don’t you be worrying about what the teachers were doing – the students were in capable hands and the coffee was divine 🙂 (just kidding) The kids were brilliant and we are doing it again on Wednesday. We have such responsible and independent students.
