Cailtin treks in Nepal on PhotoPeach

During the term 3 holidays, 11 year old Caitlin spent 16 days trekking in Nepal with the 1st Torquay Scout group. Caitlin flew from Melbourne, to Kuala Lumpur and then to Kathmandu. Highlights of her trip included trekking for 10 days to the Annapurna Base Camp, meeting local school children, enjoying the majestic scenery, tasting all the local foods and shopping. She returned tired but extremely happy for the experience and hopes to do something like it again. Congratulations Caity – this is a brilliant effort on your part and we look forward to seeing more of your photos and hearing more of your stories – as the weeks unfold. What an experience.

Wow Caitlin what an amazing experience you have had. I hope you kept a diary of your trip so that you can look back on it and remember all the details even when you are old and grey!! Mrs Arnel
